We meet...on your terms
Your first session is a confidential conversation via telehealth. A one-time-use link will be emailed to you for you to participate from the location of your choice. (within the state of Minnesota) We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you need, and how I can help. No pressure, no judgment.

Evidence-based, individualized counseling built around your life and your schedule. Sessions are flexible, and everything stays between us.

I’m Laurél, the founder of Indigo Recovery LLC. I’m a Master's level Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota with years of experience helping professionals navigate substance use challenges — people who have a lot to lose and need someone who understands that.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassionate Inquiry to name a few. I also hold a degree in Integrative Health & Healing; working with clients holistically as they navigate their personal healing journey. My philosophy is simple: addiction is not a moral failing, and it's not a brain disease. (Although it can and does affect the brain.) It’s an attempt to solve a problem; often in response to discomfort or pain . And healing starts when someone finally has a safe, private space to be honest.
